Shipping time depends on the nature of the product you have ordered as well as the location your item is shipping to. For all of our made-to-order items, there is a standard processing time (which will be listed on the product itself) required for our artists to make your special product. For custom orders, your processing time and shipping time will be decided between yourself and our resident artist, Lori, as she estimates the labor times necessary to create your one-of-a-kind item. For items that are in stock, you can expect your order to ship within 2-3 business days, and to arrive within the US within 7-10 business days. Patches & Prose is an independent artisan collaborative, founded and run by mother-daughter team Lori and Lea Warren. Focused on creating unique apparel, lifestyle, and gift products, Patches & Prose is dedicated to producing sustainable, beloved items that can help fill your life forever.

Made-to-Order: Our made to order items are items based on a pre-set design that have yet to be created. Many of our specialty items, such as our artisan dolls and stuffed animals, are handmade by our resident textile artist, Lori, in her Orlando studio. Because of the independent nature of our work, each item is made only once it has been ordered. This means that before your item can be shipped, Lori has to spend some time making your item specially just for you. Custom Orders: Where our made-to-order products are based on preset designs and patterns, and are simply produced as requested, a custom order is completely and utterly unique. You can request that we make you a special stuffed animal, real or imaginary, even if we don't have one like it listed on our site. You can request color changes, specific fabrics, special embroidery designs, you name it! When you request a custom order, you are getting a truly personalized experience, where you will work one-on-one with us to make something completely unique and completely perfect for you. Yes, you can! By filling out our custom order form, you can request a custom order from our graphic artist, Lea. She'll work with you to create the perfect design, and then will help you find the perfect piece of clothing to print it on. Once you're happy with your design and the apparel it will be placed on, Lea can then help you fulfill your order!
