SHIPPING POLICY

Here at Patches & Prose, we offer a wide range of artisan products. For some of our more specialized products, our artists' hands are needed to put the finishing touches on before sending your purchase off to it's new forever home. Because of this, some of our made-to-order products make take longer to reach you than our regular items (such as pre-made artisan bears and apparel). If you have any questions about when to expect your order, please contact us directly at patchesandprose@gmail.com.

For standard apparel, home goods (such as mugs, canvases, and pillows), and lifestyle items (such as blank books and phone cases), please expect your order to ship within 3 business days of your order.

For products marked as 'One of A Kind' please expect your order to be shipped within 2 business days of your purchase. All handmade items ship from our artist's studio in Orlando, Florida.

For products marked as 'Made to Order' Lori and Lea will work with you individually on a timeline for creating and sending your special one-of-a-kind item.
